•⁠  ⁠Proof of age documents – Must be passport or birth certificate ONLY – All new registrations require this.
•⁠  ⁠Proof of age documents—Must be the name on the documents provided; we will accept a shortened version of the Christian name, but we cannot accept names that do not appear on the documents.
•⁠  ⁠Proof of age documents—The name and DOB must be legible and clearly visible.
•⁠  ⁠Photo – Head and Shoulder Photo ONLY - Photo criteria attached
